Responsibilities:
Supervise technical maintenance activities for ammonia refrigeration equipment, including vessels, evaporators, condensers, pumps, motors, compressors, valves, freezers, and other related componentsTroubleshoot and oversee repairs, ensuring efficient and effective operationSupervise technical maintenance activities for boilers and air compressors, including piping, valves, DA Tank, and other utility equipmentAddress troubleshooting and repair needs promptlySupport compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP), ensuring adherence to regulatory requirementsDirect the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all refrigeration and utility production machineryEnsure the food safety sanitation, and quality, and security of the products producedEnsure compliance with all facets the EPA's Risk Management Program Regulation of a hazardous chemical facilityManage aspects such as Process Safety Management System, Hazard Assessment, Emergency Response Program, Risk Management Plans, Process Hazard Analysis, and Offsite Consequence strategiesCoordinate with external service agencies as appropriate to schedule refrigeration repair workEnsure timely and effective work order completionPerform inspections and preventative maintenance as required by PSM schedulesMaintain, repair, and examine refrigeration and utility systems (Ammonia, Freon, Glycol, Boilers, and Air Compressors)Perform daily chemical testing and logging all test results, adjusting systems as required to maintain within established limitsInterface with state and federal government agencies as necessaryConfer with operators, observe, test, and evaluate operation of machinery to diagnose malfunctionsDisassemble machinery, remove parts, and make repairsEnsure all ammonia, boiler, and air compressor safety equipment is up to dateComply with Safety Programs to ensure protection of employees and propertySupervise, train, and develop subordinates
Qualifications:
Minimum 3
years related experience; Ammonia Refrigeration experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree preferredMust have knowledge and skills in the technologies of general construction, electrical systems, electronic systems, microprocessors, mechanical systems, (e.
g.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
